Important Update for Our U.S. Customers: New Tariff
Effective August 28, 2025, a new 15% tariff will be applied to the value of all orders from Israel to the U.S., starting from the very first dollar. This tariff will be due upon delivery to U.S. Customs.

Shipping Information
For U.S. Customers:
- Express Shipping (DDU) - Only Option for Now:
- All U.S. orders will ship via Express (e.g., DHL/FedEx) using a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
- Once your package reaches the U.S., you will receive an email or text notification with instructions to pay the 15% tariff directly to customs to release your shipment. This process helps you avoid potential delays.
- Shipping Time: 3-6 business days.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $750.
- Shipping Cost: For orders under $750, a flat fee of $36 will apply.
- Standard (Slow - USPS ) Shipping to U.S.:
- This option is temporarily unavailable. We are working to optimize our internal processes for prepaid tariffs to offer this service again in the future.
For Europe & Rest of World (Excluding U.S.):
- DHL Express Shipping:
- Free Shipping: For orders over $980.
- Shipping Time: 3-7 business days.
- BPOST Standard Shipping:
- Free Shipping: For orders over $120.
- Shipping Time: 7-16 business days (varies by destination and courier handling).
Production Process & Supply Times
Our products are handmade and custom-produced for each order, reflecting the wide variety of designs and plating options we offer.
- Orders ship Sunday-Friday from our warehouse in Israel.
- Payment is charged when your order is placed through the website.
- The estimated production time is typically 9-30 business days (excluding "fast supply" models). Please note that production times can change based on order volume, and delays may occur due to weekends and local holidays.
- For an accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for your specific order, please contact our support team at [email protected] or [email protected].
- Once production is complete and quality checked, your order is packed and dispatched to your specified address.
Tracking
An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
You can also track your order's progress from your order history page on our website.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Can I ship via regular post (slow shipping) to the U.S.?
- Currently, we are only offering Express Shipping (DDU) to the U.S. as outlined above. For other destinations, please see the "Shipping Information" section.
- Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using Express services (DHL/FedEx).
- Address Change:
- You can update your shipping details from your account page on our website before an order goes into processing.
- Once an order is in production, automatic address changes are not possible. If you need to change the address for an order in production, please contact us by email to ensure the change is confirmed.
Customs Fees (Important for U.S. Customers)
- For U.S. shipments, the new 15% tariff is NOT included in your shipping charges and will be due upon delivery/release from customs.
- We are unable to mark orders as "gifts."
- We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items included as a "gift with purchase."
- We do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the applicable customs fees.
Damaged Items & Returns/Exchanges
- Damaged During Delivery: If your item is damaged in transit, please contact Cup Chain’s customer service at [email protected], and we will assist you with a return or replacement.
- Returns or Exchanges: Since all products are made to order, please contact us at [email protected] for more information regarding returns or exchanges.

Express Shipping (DDU)
For now, only Express Shipping will be available. Once your package reaches its destination in the U.S., you will receive a text or email notification to pay the 15% tariff and release your shipment from customs. This method will help you avoid any delays.
Standard Shipping
The option for standard (slow) shipping will be temporarily unavailable while we optimize our internal processes. The prepaid tariff required for this service presents operational challenges, and we want to ensure we can provide the best possible experience before reactivating this option.
Pricing and Discounts
The tariff from Israel is only 15%, and we are committed to helping you navigate this change. We will continue to offer attractive discounts for all our designers and business owners to help ease the transition and ensure we can all continue to succeed.
- Free Shipping: FedEx shipping is free on orders over $750.
- Shipping Fee: For orders under $750, a flat shipping fee of $39 will apply.
