When will I get my goods

In most cases, there are no products in Stock, so the order is manufactured according to the customer's request due to the variety of the products and the plating options that we offer.

Cup Chain's products are produced handmade according to each order. The estimated production time is 9-30 business days ( except "fast supply" models). Due to weekends and local holidays delays may apply.

When the order production process is finished and quality checked it is packed and sent to the customer (To the address stated in the customer's personal area).

1. Question: Can I ship via regular post?
Answer: Cup Chain is taking very seriously the service and the handling time of each order as we know that as B2B manufacturers time matter is very important, we ship with UPS premium service only. But for customers that for some reason ask us to use slower delivery we have also solutions that we will provide by email personally.
2. Question: Can I ship via regular post?
Answer: Depends on the country of destinations, please contact our customer service for further information.
3. Question: Can you deliver to PO Box?
Answer:Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes using UPS.
Address change

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change automatically the shipping address once an order goes into processing. In case you insist to change address order in production process please refer to us by email and make sure that the change will be taking place.
CUSTOMS FEES

These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.

We are not able to mark orders as "gifts."

We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items which are included as a "gift with purchase."

Standard Shipping: For slow-shipping orders, we will prepay the tariff on your behalf - DDP delivery method This means we will charge the 15% tariff to your account immediately upon shipment to ensure a smooth and continuous process without customs delays.

Express Shipping: We are offering two options for express shipments:

Prepaid Tariff: We will charge the 15% tariff to you upfront and handle the payment, ensuring a seamless and fast delivery, just as it works today.

Customer-Paid Tariff: You can choose to pay the tariff directly upon delivery DDU delivery method. Please be aware that this option may cause initial delays as the new customs procedures are implemented.
